Some people show up. And then some keep showing up – year after year, decade after decade, doing the work that makes everything else possible.
Today, we’re proud to recognise seven of our own for reaching significant long service milestones. Across the team, these individuals have clocked up between 10 and 24 years with Meadow Industries — decades of dedication that stretch from the workshop floor to every corner of what we do.
What makes these milestones mean something isn’t just the time. It’s the standard they set, the knowledge they carry, and the quiet leadership they show when they mentor those coming up around them. These are the people who take genuine pride in doing the job right — not because someone’s watching, but because that’s simply who they are.
Their craftsmanship shapes the product. Their character shapes the culture. At Meadow Industries, we talk a lot about our values — but these seven people are what those values actually look like in practice. Day in, day out, for years on end.
